Morelia Tours and Travel, Inc. is a corporation once located at the heart of Manila’s tourist belt was established in the middle of 1979 to cater to the travel requirements of Wallem Philippines Shipping, Inc., its mother company. It was spearheaded by a handful of men who strived to make it in the travel business. Through the years, Morelia adapted to the changing times and soon became an IATA member in July 1981. It joined the roster of multi awarded travel agencies, accomplished full computerization and then transferred its office in a 9-storey building situated in the vicinity of Malate’s famous Adriatico Street. Forty Four years hence, Morelia still claims authority in terms of travel, has maintained a good following and withstood the competition among travel agencies.
